CAN I PLACE A Delivery ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

Delivery orders can only be made online. We encourage you to utilize our online ordering service for takeout due to high volume of calls during service.

CAN I SCHEDULE An ORDER FOR A LATER TIME?

Takeout & delivery orders can be made on an ASAP basis. Orders cannot be scheduled for a later time or date. Please email us for any large catering orders inquiries.

I WANT TO ORDER DELIVERY TONIGHT, WILL DELIVERY BE AVAILABLE?

Delivery is available if our kitchen capacity allows it. We cannot guarantee that delivery will be available at your desired time, even if you have ordered on that day or time before.

YOU ARE OPEN, BUT IT SAYS YOU ARE CLOSED ON DOORDASH, CAVIAR & Toast Takeout. WHY CAN’T I ORDER?

Delivery and Takeout are available if our kitchen capacity allows it. We stop service if we are unable to fulfill orders.

I have a reservation, and I need to make a change to it, but I can’t get anyone on the phone.

If you are unable to make the change you desire, such as adding a person to your reservation or changing the time, that means the change is not available. Please contact us via email.

There was a problem with my order, and I was unable to reach someone on the phone.

Are there eggs in your ice cream or pizza dough?

No (unless there is a cookie/brownie or other baked good with eggs in the recipe).

Are your sorbets dairy free?

Yes!

Can I make a large group reservation?

There is limited availability for groups of 6 or more. All inquiries must be made via email. Please note for groups larger than 6 people, there is a 22% auto gratuity added to the bill along with a 2 hour maximum reservation time. ALL reservations are made for inside seating only. Requests to move outside the day of will not be honored.

Can I book a private event?

We are currently not booking any private events.

do you allow dogs on your patio?

We are not permitted to have dogs on our patio or on the fencing surrounding our patio. Service animals are allowed indoors and outdoors. For the safety of all our guests, we ask that you make it easy to identify your dog as a service animal by way of a service animal jacket. Dogs that are NOT service animals are only permitted to be tied up nearby and can not be tied to our patio fencing.
